Label Design in Windhoek

TF Impact Studio designs product labels in Windhoek for producers across Namibia. A label has one job on the shelf: to tell a shopper what the product is, who made it and why it is worth picking up, all in a glance. Our designers start with the container, whether that is a jar of honey, a bottle of chilli sauce, a bag of biltong or a tub of body butter, and design a label that fits it properly and reads clearly from arm's length.

Every label we design includes the information your product category expects. For food and drink that usually means the product name, ingredients in descending order, allergen declarations, net weight or volume, producer name and address, batch or best-before fields and a barcode if you supply retailers. Cosmetics and household products have their own lists. We lay this out so it is legible and does not crowd the design, and you confirm the specific rules that apply to your product.

Good label design also solves practical problems. We work out whether a full wrap, a front-and-back pair or a single panel suits the container, allow for curved surfaces and tapered jars, and place the barcode where a scanner can read it. Because we also print labels in-house, the artwork is set up for our print-and-cut equipment from the start, so what you approve on screen is what comes off the roll.
