TF Impact Studio repairs pull-up banners and supplies spare parts in Windhoek, so a bent pole or a jammed cassette does not mean throwing away a graphic that is still perfectly good. Most banner failures are mechanical and small: a lost pole section, a snapped top rail, a foot that no longer folds out, or a spring that has lost its tension after years of use. In many cases the fix takes minutes and costs far less than a new banner.
We keep common spares in stock, including three-piece support poles, replacement top rails and clips, fold-out feet and complete bases for standard 850mm banners. For wide, premium and double-sided banners we can source the matching parts or, where a base is beyond repair, transfer your existing graphic into a new base so you keep the print. Bring the banner to our studio and we will diagnose it on the spot.
Graphics can be repaired too, within limits. A print that has come loose from the top rail or the cassette leader can be refitted and re-tensioned. A graphic that has creased because it was forced back into the cassette will not flatten again, and in that case we will recommend a replacement print, which we produce on our own wide format Roland printers on curl-free blockout media and fit into your existing base.
If you are unsure whether your banner is worth fixing, send us a photo or a short video of the problem on WhatsApp. Our team will tell you whether it needs a spare part, a repair, a new graphic or a new base, and quote accordingly. Clients outside Windhoek can courier the banner to us and we will return it repaired and tested.
