About This Service

Banner Design in Windhoek, Namibia

TF Impact Studio designs pull-up banners in Windhoek as well as printing them, so you can send a logo and a few lines of text and receive a finished banner ready to stand. A pull-up banner is a very specific design problem. It is tall and narrow, it is read from several metres away, the bottom section sits close to the floor behind chairs and legs, and it is often seen for only a few seconds. Our designers lay out banners with those constraints in mind every day.

The rules we work to are simple and proven. The logo and the single most important message go in the top third, where they are visible above a crowd at an expo or a conference. The middle carries the supporting points, usually three or four short lines rather than a paragraph. Contact details and a website or WhatsApp number go near the bottom but above the 200mm safe area, and nothing important sits in that lowest strip near the base.

We design for the exact print size you are ordering, whether that is a standard 850mm by 2000mm banner, a 1200mm or 1500mm wide banner, a double-sided pair or an A3 tabletop, and we supply the artwork with correct bleed so it prints edge to edge. If you already have brand guidelines, we work within them. If you have only a logo, we choose colours and type that suit it and look consistent with your other printed material.

Banner design is included as part of an order or available on its own if you want to print elsewhere or need a file for a sister company in another town. You always see a proof, and we make reasonable changes until you are happy before anything goes to the printer. If you prefer to design the banner yourself, we supply templates for every size with the safe areas marked.

What You Get

Banner Design Highlights

01

Designed for the sightline

Logo and headline placed in the top third so they show above a crowd, with supporting points in the middle and contact details above the safe area.

02

Correct size and bleed

Artwork built at the exact print dimensions of your chosen banner with 3mm bleed, so the design prints edge to edge without unexpected white borders.

03

Large legible type

Type sizes chosen so the headline reads from four or five metres away and body text from two metres, tested at actual size before proofing.

04

Consistent with your brand

We work from your brand guidelines, existing marketing material or logo so the banner matches your signage, business cards, vehicle branding and social media graphics.

05

Proof and revisions

You receive a proof showing the banner as it will print, with the base position indicated, and we make reasonable changes until you approve it.

06

Files supplied on request

Print-ready PDF and editable source files can be supplied if you want to print in another town, share the design with a branch or reuse it later.

How banner design works with us

From your first WhatsApp message to the finished product, here is what to expect.

  1. 1

    Brief us

Send your logo, the message, any photos, your contact details and the banner size you plan to print. A rough sketch or a banner you like is helpful but not required.

  2. 2

    First layout

Our designer produces a layout at the correct size, chooses type and colours consistent with your brand, and sends a proof showing where the base will sit.

  3. 3

    Revise and approve

You review the proof and tell us what to change. We revise until the wording, images and layout are right, then you give final approval.

  4. 4

    Print or hand over files

We print the banner in our Windhoek studio on blockout media, or supply print-ready files if you are printing elsewhere or need a copy for another branch.
