Bulk Event Orders in Windhoek

TF Impact Studio handles bulk event orders in Windhoek, printing hundreds or thousands of shirts for marathons, fun runs, conferences, church gatherings, awareness campaigns and national promotions across Namibia. Large orders are a different job from a dozen staff shirts. They need reliable garment stock, a print method that stays consistent across every shirt, a realistic production schedule and packing that lets the organiser hand out the right sizes quickly on the day.

Screen printing is our workhorse for volume. Once the screens are set up for your design, every shirt gets the same sharp print in the same colours, and the cost per shirt drops as the quantity rises. Sponsor logos on the back, the event name on the front and a year or distance on the sleeve are all printed in one pass. For events that want full-colour artwork we run DTF transfer in bulk, and for race shirts on polyester we use sublimation.

We plan the order with you from the start. That includes confirming garment availability in the sizes and colours needed, agreeing a production timeline that works back from the event date, and sending a printed sample before the full run. On completion, shirts are counted, folded and packed by size, and can be split by category such as 5km, 10km and 21km or by branch, church or region. Delivery across Namibia is arranged by courier or our own vehicle.
